What you should also know !
A few lines of small print:

Your room/apartment is ready for
check-in from half past 2 pm. If you can’t arrive until
6 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us in time.

A parking space in the garage
will be charged with € 5.00 per day.

Short stays: For stays of less
than 4 nights we charge you a 10% supplement.

If agreed upon before, small dogs
can be accepted (no access to the breakfast room and to the lounge).
We charge a daily rate of € 5.00 without feed. Please bring
a dog basket or a blanket with you.

We kindly ask you to pay in cash
and give you a little present in return. Eurocard, Mastercard,
Maestro and Visa possible.

Cancellations sound annoying and
are annoying for all parties. On the one hand, it is a pity, if
rooms remain free although other people would have booked them;
on the other hand, something can come up unexpectedly. We suggest
you to take out a travel insurance. If you cancel until one month
before arrival, we will charge you 3 days, after that 1 week.
On previous departure, we will charge you up to one week.
